Associate Veterinarian
We are looking for a new member of our team! Currently, Riverbend is a busy two doctor small animal exclusive practice, but is easily able to accommodate another part or full time small animal veterinarian. Routine surgery, general dentistry, sick and well appointments are all cornerstones of the practice. Appointment times are generous to allow for thorough patient care. We encourage pursuit of special interests and development of new skills. Our style is highly collaborative and case discussion is valued. Happy to mentor a new grad or incorporate the skills of an experienced veterinarian.
The FT position includes a 4 day work week (no weekends), no emergency duties, paid vacation, holidays and sick time, health insurance, liability insurance, 401K with employer contribution, license fees and AVMA dues, CE, etc. We have full in-house lab capabilities: blood work, urinalysis, fecal analysis, culture and sensitivity. We have two ultrasound units, computed in house and portable digital radiography, digital dental x-ray, and electronic medical records. Our technicians are well versed in all aspects of clinic operations and readily provide excellent support.
The successful applicant is an open and positive thinker, enjoys working with people, and is committed to lifelong learning. They must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or its equivalent, and be licensed/license eligible to practice in NH.
